Alberta Health Services is seeking an Indigenous Hospital Liaison to support FNMI clients and families within AHS facilities. You will contribute cultural knowledge to discharge planning and advise teams on Indigenous health perspectives.
You will work with the Indigenous Health, Treaty 7 program at multiple sites, collaborating with care teams to promote health equity and culturally secure care for Indigenous peoples across Alberta.
