Time role involves diagnosing client needs and linking them to essential resources, while overseeing their care transition to general practitioners. You will create treatment plans, conduct short-term engagements, and collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to serve clients experiencing moderate to severe substance use and mental health issues. Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients using standardized tools and methods
Liaise with community resources for client support
Maintain legal client records and documentation




Provide educational sessions on mental health services
Participate in team quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
Master’s degree in a relevant health discipline
Two years of relevant clinical experience
B.C. Driver's license and reliable transportation
Knowledge of psychotherapeutic techniques, especially CBT
