Advance your career as a Planner III with City of Terrace, focusing on complex municipal development projects. City of Terrace is looking for an experienced Planner III to manage diverse land use and community development initiatives.

You’ll leverage your urban planning knowledge and supervisory skills, ensuring compliance with policies while producing high-quality reports for Council and the public. This role requires significant experience and expertise in specialized planning areas. Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex planning studies and applications
Present findings at meetings with Council and the public
Develop project budgets and oversee tenders
Support regional planning efforts and policy development
Attend scheduled evening and weekend meetings Requirements:
Degree in Urban & Regional Planning; Master’s preferred
5 to 7 years of relevant work experience
Robust knowledge of planning techniques
Supervisory experience in a municipal setting
Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver's Licence Lead impactful planning projects with the City of Terrace, enhancing community development.
