The Registered

Nurse is essential in maintaining high standards of care within the Women & Child Care department. You will engage in patient assessments, effective planning, and execute nursing interventions within evidence-based frameworks.

Your role supports quality improvement initiatives, reinforcing safety and excellence in patient care until January 2027. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and deliver care to Pediatric and ICN patients
Coordinate all nursing practices as stipulated




Participate in resource training for effective patient care
Enhance family-centered care experiences
Collaborate for positive patient outcomes and safety Requirements:
Eligible for registration with Ontario College of Nurses
BCLS and NRP certifications mandatory
Recent Pediatric and ICN experience within the last 5 years
Commitment to ongoing career development
Effective communication and patient education skills Contribute to patient safety and quality care at Brightshores as a dedicated Registered Nurse.
