JOB DESCRIPTION

Join the EGSE (Electrical Ground Support Equipment) team supporting satellite programs. This role focuses on coordinating engineering activities, developing and testing electronic test equipment, managing project resources and schedules, conducting technical reviews and risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This is an on-site position in Montreal (West Island).

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 6-10+ years of experience in electronics engineering.
- Experience in digital, analog, power electronics, or RF systems.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Experience leading engineering design/development teams.
- Solid communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience designing/building electronic test stations.




- Automated testing experience (RF, telecom, power systems, or high-speed digital electronics).
- Knowledge of Jira and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of communication protocols.
- Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office Suite experience.
- Bilingual French/English.
- Scrum Master experience.

Compensation:

$52/hr to $89/hr
