Massilly North America is looking for a dedicated Press Operator who will play a vital role in maintaining the cap line's operational standards. You will be tasked with setting up equipment, ensuring the correct code placements, and executing quality checks to identify and rectify any defects. Your expertise in mechanical processes will contribute to a safe and efficient work workplace.

Key Responsibilities:



• Operate and repair cap line machinery efficiently • Perform regular quality control checks • Adjust dies and compound placements as needed • Document operational and production records • Provide hands-on training for colleagues

Requirements: • Must lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout shifts • Demonstrated mechanical proficiency in a manufacturing context • Previous experience with measuring instruments • Willingness to work all three shift schedules • Detail-oriented approach for quality assurance
