$65,000–$85,000 a year – Permanent, Full-timeWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of various construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will help develop and implement comprehensive project plans, manage scheduling and documentation, track progress, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of construction project workflows.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & ExecutionAssist in preparing detailed project action plans, including resource allocation, schedules, and budgetsBreak down projects into manageable phases and assign tasks to internal teamsCoordinate the procurement of equipment, materials, and servicesTrack project milestones and deliverables; escalate issues as neededClient & Team CoordinationLiaise with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectivesEnsure evolving client needs are met through proactive communicationAct as a primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholdersWork with the Project Manager to resolve project blockers or delaysDocumentation & ReportingCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, contracts, schedules, and reportsMonitor working hours, project expenditures,
