Based in ourVictoria, BC office, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of municipal and land development projects—from early planning through to detailed design—while collaborating with a close‑knit, high‑performing team.Your ImpactDesign and draft municipal infrastructure and land development projects from concept through completion utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.Prepare engineering drawings that meet established standards such as MMCD, PSPC, and local municipal requirements.Provide design assistance.Develop grading and earthworks models and complete quantity take‑offs to support accurate project delivery.Translate preliminary concepts and sketches into detailed engineering designs and construction plans.Collaborate with engineers and technologists to meet project objectives, schedules, and quality standards.Other duties as assigned.The Skills That Set You ApartMinimum3 years of experiencein AutoCAD drafting and design,
