In this role, you will design and implement Microsoft Defender, provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, and collaborate with clients for tailored solutions. Your expertise will directly influence client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Design and operate Microsoft Defender for client protection
Administer Microsoft 365 workloads, including Teams and OneDrive
Monitor systems for optimal performance and resource use




Evaluate hardware and software to meet client needs
Document configurations and troubleshoot steps for knowledge sharing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
