Duties
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care including medication reminders, health monitoring, and basic nursing tasks under supervision
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure safety during transfers and repositioning
Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all care activities thoroughly




Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected environment

Requirements
Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings
Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care, or caring for individuals with complex medical needs is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility support
Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude towards clients of all ages and backgrounds
Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or willingness to obtain certification if required by local regulations
Experience with medication administration, patient care routines, and Reliable
