The Operations

Supervisor provides essential support at the local terminal level, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. In this critical position, you'll be responsible for managing daily functions, leading staff, and ensuring compliance with standards. Oversee terminal operations for pickups and deliveries
Manage communication with drivers and central dispatch
Lead and supervise dock staff and drivers effectively




Ensure all operations meet company and legal standards
Coordinate service maintenance for owned assets Requirements:
Class 1/AZ or Class 5/DZ license preferred
Solid organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and team leadership
Knowledge of freight industry and equipment
