Manager, you'll direct staff, manage projects, invoicing, and ensure top-tier customer service and operational efficiency. This role requires a seasoned leader with 5+ years in telecommunications. You will manage daily operations, including scheduling, cost estimation, and response mechanisms for customer inquiries. Your team-oriented work with executive management will ensure alignment with company goals and drive operational performance. Key Responsibilities:
Support executive management with strategic initiatives
Oversee material costing and project quoting processes
Review job scheduling and staff hours for accuracy
Create and approve invoices for completed projects
Coordinate with Health and Safety for compliance Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in a management role within telecommunications
Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience managing teams
