If you are a sales person that is interested in a unique sales chance with very high pay potential that doesn't require you to knock cold doors but rather show up to hot leads and close, while working with a team behind you that handles all the admin work behind the scenes to enable you to do nothing but be closing all day every day then you will be a great fit for this role.

This is not your typical sales team where it is every man for themselves and also not a rah-rah frat house sales culture. We work in sales "pods" of inside/outside sales teams where the inside sales handles all the appointment setting, prepping customers, sending documents, all the admin work but with more of a sales lens to enable the outside sales rep (closer) to close deals as efficiently as possible.

Leads are generated by the company so the sales teams are not responsible for generating their own leads.

We do a mix of insurance work (hail and wind claims) and retail (non insurance) and the process is the same for both. The only difference is an added few steps on the insurance jobs that the inside sales reps handle, so the outside sales reps don't have to deal with that.
