Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for inspecting and preparing parts for coating.
- Apply coatings evenly on parts as per required Work Order specifications using Reinhold Industries Limited’s patented coating systems.
- Maintain work space, equipment and facility cleanliness.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Comply with all Reinhold Industries Limited safety regulations,



policies and procedures.

Role Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience applying spray coating in a manufacturing setting.
- Reading and interpreting drawings: 1 year (preferred)
- Sandblasting: 1 year (preferred)
- Must be able to use and operate blast cabinets and blast room equipment.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up and handle material weighing up to 50lbs.
- Ability to prioritize workload and have excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings is an asset.
