Assist in conducting resident group and individual exercises
Motivate residents to reach their treatment milestones
Document each session according to Physiotherapist guidelines




Help residents with mobility and protected transitions
Observe and report any changes in residents' health Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent certification in Physiotherapy Assistance
Ability to manage multiple tasks and pressure efficiently
