Your responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals, educating staff and family members, and participating actively in improving patient safety through committee leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Manage physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans for residents
Supervise and support physiotherapy assistants effectively
Educate about falls prevention and protected handling
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team workplace
Participate in safety committee activities to improve care Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
Registered Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia
Experience in geriatrics or long-term care settings
Strong planning and organizational skills
