Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipts
Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and attractive
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Utilize communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies

Requirements




Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features
Solid organizational skills to manage merchandising, inventory, and POS operations efficiently
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy workplace
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach
