This position requires well-developed interpersonal skills to manage inquiries through phone, email, and live chat. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as the service operates Monday to Saturday, ensuring comprehensive customer support. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound phone and live chat inquiries
Maintain communications logs of customer requests
Process customer tickets and notify them of updates
Complete assigned administrative tasks promptly
Adhere to health and safety guidelines Requirements:
Solid communication skills in English, written and verbal
Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or French
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
