The Grounds

Supervisor will oversee day-to-day tasks, ensuring that every aspect of the hotel’s outdoor areas meets high standards of excellence. With a focus on team management, you will be responsible for mentoring your colleagues while executing seasonal projects and maintenance tasks. This role demands physical stamina as you tackle a variety of labor-intensive tasks, from snow removal to landscaping and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain hotel grounds ensuring cleanliness and safety
Plan and implement seasonal landscaping activities




Supervise and train grounds staff on operational procedures
Manage tasks related to ice rink creation and turf maintenance
Operate landscaping machinery effectively Requirements:
Class 5 Driver’s License required
Prior experience in landscaping and snow management
Leadership skills beneficial
Physical capability to handle up to 70 lbs
