In this role, you will evaluate functional mobility, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence after illness, injury, or surgery. You will collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in EMR.
