Hype Events is looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join our growing team as a People Operations Associate. This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure across multiple areas of recruitment, employee onboarding, people operations, and workplace coordination.

You’ll Be Doing
Posting and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
Reviewing resumes and conducting candidate pre-screening
Conducting introductory outreach calls with applicants
Assisting with first and second-round interview coordination
Supporting onboarding and new employee documentation
Maintaining employee records and HR administration




Assisting with internal communication and workplace coordination
Learning recruitment, communication, and people operations processes firsthand

What We’re Looking For
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented mindset
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
Interest in HR, recruitment, administration, or business operations

Previous HR experience is not required. Full training is provided.
