Join the Grandmother’s Bay Clinic as an Organizational Clerk for Medical Transportation. This role focuses on productive travel arrangements and educational outreach for First Nations health services. The successful candidate will handle clerical duties, coordinate medical transportation for clients, and inform band members about their responsibilities related to healthcare travel assistance with LLRIB.

Solid organizational skills and the ability to educate others are key to this position. Key Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support and handle incoming calls
Prepare necessary medical forms and transportation warrants
Assist in booking and coordinating client appointments
Educate community members about patient transportation assistance
Prepare regular inventory and month-end reports Requirements:
Certificate in Administration or equivalent experience
Familiarity with MS Office applications
Solid verbal and written communication
Class 5 Driver’s License required
Experience with First Nations organizations is a plus Empower health services in Grandmother’s Bay through effective administrative support and community education.
