Coach managers on attendance and performance issues
Establish relationships to enhance employee engagement

Collaborate on various P&P; projects
Address employee concerns in partnership with People Relations Requirements:
Minimum two years in a similar HR role
Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Solid knowledge of employment law
Preferred retail, hospitality, or insurance industry background
