Join Southbridge Care Homes as a Part time Personal Support Worker at Fosterbrooke Long-Term Care. In this vital part time role, you will deliver personal and nursing care to residents, responding to their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Working under the Director of Care at our Newcastle location, you will ensure high standards of service and collaborate with your team to create a supportive environment. Flexibility in shifts is required, including weekends, to meet the needs of our residents. Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with ambulation, feeding, and grooming
Encourage participation in activity programs




Provide meal service and nourishment delivery
Offer emotional and social support, including palliative care
Maintain documentation and adhere to safety standards Requirements:
Completed approved PSW Program (600 hours minimum)
Experience in long-term care is beneficial
Proficient in care planning and documentation
Solid communication skills with empathy for residents
Negative vulnerable sector check and TB test completion Contribute to high-quality resident care with your skills and compassion as a Personal Support Worker.
