Review, sort, and process daily administrative correspondence
Provide client support via phone and email communications




Process and input policies accurately in broker management systems
Respond to client inquiries with accurate and timely information
Maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions Requirements:
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and ability to prioritize tasks
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with insurance systems preferred
