Direct road maintenance activities and ensure safety
Supervise and mentor field staff and supervisors




Manage budgets and performance for productive operations
Report on service delivery and program effectiveness
Work with other departments for cooperative solutions Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
At least five years in road maintenance management
Certified Engineering Technologist designation necessary
Proven leadership and communication skills
