As a pivotal member of SHN, the Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the Palliative Care Program and work closely with healthcare professionals to advance quality patient services.

Your leadership will involve human resource management, financial oversight, and promoting skilled practice while collaborating with various partners to drive program success. Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute clinical service plans in compliance with SHN’s objectives
Build partnerships to enhance patient support services




Cultivate a collaborative and interprofessional care environment
Guide employee performance and developmental initiatives
Spearhead quality improvement initiatives for patient care Requirements:
Nursing or Health Administration degree; Master’s preferred
Minimum five years of Palliative Care leadership
Solid project and financial management competencies
Effective communication within interdisciplinary teams
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Lead initiatives that elevate patient experiences at SHN's Palliative Care Program.
