HR Generalist (Kamloops, BC)The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing a diverse range of HR support to all members of Arrow Transportation Systems Inc. and subsidiary companies. This role involves the development of policy, procedures, recruitment and retention initiatives, employee & labour relations, and maintaining accurate HR systems and records.ResponsibilitiesEmployee and Labour Relations, Investigations & Workplace Culture:Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and workplace conflict while maintaining confidentiality and procedural fairness.Act as a key resource for bullying and harassment concerns, ensuring timely, professional resolution.Ensure compliance with provincial/state employment legislation, collective agreements, and company policies.Conduct research and share legislative or best‑practice updates.Communicate HR policies and employment law effectively to employees and leaders.Talent Management, Recruitment & Workforce Planning:Partner with hiring managers to establish recruitment requirements and objectives.Manage full‑cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, interviews, testing, reference checks, and selection recommendations.Support workforce planning, benchmarking, and competitive market research for pay practices.HR Systems, Administration & Support:Respond to internal and external HR inquiries from managers, employees, and business partners.Maintain HR systems and resources, including shared drives, intranet content, Learning Management Systems,
