OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Lead to help run daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:40 PM (adaptable based on operations). Pay: 24–28 / hr (based on experience). Bilingual (English/Mandarin) encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesLead daily ops in Inbound, Outbound (B2B/B2C), or InventoryEnsure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time completionSupport associates to hit productivity and quality goalsCoordinate with other teams to solve problemsAdjust workflow based on daily volumeUse WMS to track and manage operationsQualifications2+ years warehouse experience (outbound, inventory, or inbound)Lead or team coordination experience preferredFast-paced or high-volume experience preferredFamiliar with WMS and warehouse processesStrong attention to detail and problem-solvingReliable attendance and strong work ethic#J-18808-Ljbffr
