In this full time position, you will take charge of PACS and RIS administration, handling troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance.

Your role will involve partnering with Diagnostic Imaging leadership to bolster data reporting and analytics. This job offers a hybrid work model, fostering a team-oriented and supportive environment focused on health and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Manage system configurations and scheduled jobs for Imaging
Provide timely updates for PACS issues and resolutions
Maintain service level agreements with vendor teams
Generate statistical reports to enhance operational metrics
Audit interface messages to support decision-making Requirements:
Proven experience with hospital information systems
Experience troubleshooting workstation hardware
Understanding of Diagnostic Imaging workflows
Familiarity with Sectra and interface engines preferred
Solid skills in database management and reporting Optimize operational efficiency by leveraging your expertise in PACS and RIS to enhance clinical systems.
