Your role as a Child Youth Worker entails providing direct support to youth while promoting their self-determination. Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team, you will document and execute Personal Service Plans, ensuring youths’ needs and rights are met effectively. Advocate for the rights of supported children
Document daily activities and health information
Assist with daily living tasks and medication management

Maintain a clean and supportive living setting Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 education
Diploma in Child and Youth Care or equivalent
2+ years in community services for youth
Experience in Trauma-Informed Practice or similar
