We are a leading supplier of heat transfer, steam systems, and fluid-handling solutions serving HVAC, Construction, Municipal, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors.

Position Summary The Technical Inside Sales Support role involves preparing technical quotations, assisting sales teams, communicating with customers/vendors, and supporting product selections for heat exchangers, steam equipment, and hygienic fluid-handling products.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare technical quotations, sales orders and confirmations.
- Support outside sales and growth and develop your own accounts
- Follow up with customers and manage some existing accounts.
- Select/design heat exchangers, steam equipment, sanitary pumps, valves using selection tools.
- Provide after-sales support including troubleshooting.
- Track projects and deliveries; expedite when needed.
- Liaise with vendors and manufacturers.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate customer/supplier records.
- Contact leads and existing customers to discuss requirements.




- Support business development and improve sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Strong technical aptitude in mechanical or chemical processes
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate.

Preferred:

- Background in Mechanical /HVAC/Industrial Systems.
- Some Experience in technical sales and customer service.
- Familiarity with heat exchangers, steam systems, pumps, valves.
- CAD experience.
