Billyard Insurance Group Sarnia is looking for an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do

- Manage and service an existing book of personal lines clients
- Handle client inquiries by phone, email and in person
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals and cancellations
- Review coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients
- Provide professional insurance advice and exceptional customer service
- Work directly with insurance companies to obtain quotes and make policy changes
- Follow up on renewals and outstanding client requests
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with the BIG Sarnia team

What We’re Looking For
- RIBO licensed in Ontario
- Previous insurance brokerage experience
- Personal Lines experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills




- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Positive, professional and solution-focused attitude
- Strong computer and communication skills
