A career as an Analyst in the Financial Institution Group (FIG) team at National Bank of Canada means playing a crucial role on a highly dynamic capital markets team. Organizing and developing presentation materials supporting our clients’ capital decision-making Assisting in the execution of M&A; transactions and equity and fixed income issuances Building complex financial models and valuation analysis Conducting a variety of industry and company research and analysis Performing various tasks supporting senior team members in their deal execution and client coverage efforts Staying abreast of market trends, industry developments, company news, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making You will be part of the FIG team, a team of 10 people located in our Toronto office and will report to the Group Head, FIG.

Over the years, we have been involved in financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions in the consumer finance, banking, exchange, asset and wealth management, life and general insurance segments. We will provide on-the-job training for the chosen candidate. In addition,



we offer specialized training to improve your technical and presentation skills through out the year.
