Enhance the lives of families at IWK Health as a Clinical Interventionist for preschool autism services in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. You'll focus on personalized assessment and intervention for children aged 0-6. In this role, you will directly support preschoolers diagnosed with autism, collaborating with families to establish intervention goals and create tailored programs.

As a part of a dynamic team, you will employ evidence-based interventions while supervising Program Implementers who assist with service delivery. Your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing child development and family education. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate goal-setting processes with families
- Implement and monitor individualized intervention plans




- Educate families and health professionals on autism strategies
- Provide supervision to Program Implementers in interventions
- Engage in collaborative quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Master's in Clinical Psychology, Speech Pathology, or related field
- Two years of recent experience with children with autism required
- Registrable with Nova Scotia's skilled body
- CPR certification and First Aid required
