In this IT Support Technician role, you will report to the IT Manager and play a critical part in the effective operation of IT systems and services.

Your responsibilities include installation, configuration, and maintenance of technology used by personnel. Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems effectively will be essential for maintaining high service standards and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot internal IT hardware and software issues
Install and maintain end-user workstation hardware




Provide helpdesk assistance and ensure user satisfaction
Support departmental IT development and usage
Follow through with tasks assigned by leadership Requirements:
At least 1 year of IT support experience
Knowledge of hardware, software, and networks
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
Relevant post-secondary qualifications are preferred
