The Government of Nova Scotia invites applications for Intensive Planning and Support Coordinators (IPSCs). This role focuses on empowering individuals with disabilities through person-centred planning, trauma-informed practice, and collaboration with healthcare and community partners.

Work locations are Barrington Passage, Yarmouth, or Digby, with travel across the region. We seek compassionate, adaptable specialists with RN/LPN, Social Work, OT, PT, or Nutrition backgrounds and at least five
