As part of ParaMed's nursing team, you will engage in patient-centered care focusing on wound assessments and ostomy management. You will educate both patients and nursing staff while ensuring compliance with established clinical best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct care for wound, ostomy, and continence needs
Conduct training for nursing staff and patient education
Provide consultation and support for clinical processes
Lead initiatives in wound and ostomy clinical leadership
Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders Requirements:
Certification as NSWOC required
Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
Experience in community settings is favorable
Membership with Wound Ostomy Canadians a plus
