Join Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare as an IT Technical Support Specialist, providing essential IT services across multiple sites. This temporary full time position is vital for maintaining IT systems in Bracebridge and Huntsville. In this role, your focus will be on delivering Level 1 technical support across IT infrastructure, ensuring user accounts are managed and providing direct assistance to end-users.

You will also conduct desktop and networking changes, follow up on support requests, and address more complex issues with third-party vendors when required. Availability for wide-ranging shifts, including evenings, may be necessary. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for network and desktop issues




Manage user accounts and supply training to users
Conduct necessary cable moves and changes
Ensure compliance with support request protocols
Coordinate with third-party support as needed Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary diploma or experience in IT
Minimum 2 years providing Level 1 technical support
ITIL Foundation Certificate is a plus
CompTIA A+ is preferred
