This energetic role involves applying IICRC S-500 Standards in content and structural cleaning to exceed expectations. As a Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible for performing various restoration activities, including moisture mapping, water extraction, and demolition tasks.

Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders will be vital in fostering satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You will work under supervision, yet have the autonomy to drive your own tasks in a collaborative team workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cleaning and restoration at job sites and warehouses
Execute moisture mapping and mold remediation strategies




Keep detailed documentation of all restoration processes
Maintain tools and supplies, ensuring a clean workspace
Report safety hazards and participate in safety training Requirements:
Solid organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
