We take an integrated approach that connects a brand’s consumer’s online and offline experiences through data, media and the memorable moments that drive brand transactions.ROLE OVERVIEWAccount Managers are responsible for overseeing small to large size programs, and the cross-functional teams that contribute to program development & execution. The Account Manager acts as a client advocate and works with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. You may assist with selling‑in programs, day‑to‑day program management, overcoming client challenges, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall client experience.To succeed in this position, you should have exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized, with the ability to build rapport with clients.This is currently a Hybrid work opportunity with 2 days in office required at our Salt Toronto Head Office.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESB2B & Technical Event LeadershipLead B2B programs, corporate events, and large-scale experiential initiatives, confidently navigating high‑stakes, business‑focused production environment'sOversee technical production workflows including show flow, run of show, rehearsals, load‑in/load‑out, and on‑site execution to ensure seamless deliveryManage union venue environments with an understanding of labor regulations, scheduling requirements, staffing structures, and cost implications.Partner with technical directors, AV teams, venues, and fabricators to coordinate scenic builds, staging, and custom installations from concept through execution.Negotiate and manage production vendors and venue contracts, including insurance and corporate compliance requirements,



ensuring financial accuracy and risk mitigation.Anticipate and proactively resolve operational and production challenges while maintaining client confidence and aligning execution to business objectives and KPIs.Client RelationsBuilding relationships with clients based on trust and respectProducing and executing on behalf of clients with excellenceProduction & execution may require work to be performed in‑field, or in the office, and will vary on a program‑by‑program basisCommunicating with clients to understand their needs and deliver this information back to your direct manager and/or teamMaintaining updated knowledge of client products and servicesIdentifying and informing on industry trendsCollecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior, before the program and afterwardActing as an extension of your client throughout the planning, execution, and wrap‑up phases – always keeping your client top of mind.TeamCollaborate with internal Salt departments to facilitate client need fulfillmentWork with your manager to develop a team of executors to support you where/when requiredTraining, leading and managing Brand Ambassadors, Coordinators and/or Account Executives (program & team dependant)Liaising with your manager on a regular basis, ensuring they are aware of your activities, informed on client updates, and can support you as requiredUnderstanding agency pricing modelBuilding small, medium & large sized program budgetsReconciling all sizes of program budgets; staying in close contact with the finance team as requiredStaying on budget in all circumstances, and ability to recognize when a budget may not be sufficient and communicating this to your managerAbility to review budgets with clients,



providing detailed overview of budget breakdown and pricing rationaleSupporting with driving business growth in an effort to reach objectivesBusiness OperationsOvercoming challenges and making suggestions to improve processesSupporting teams and committees within Salt to create positive culture and test/implement new policies, processes and proceduresSupporting your team with ancillary projects that support either the client or Salt on a daily basisEXPERIENCE & SKILLS4 - 5 years’ experience in the marketing industry, with experience executing programs on behalf of a clientExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAdaptability and strong problem‑solving skillsExperience managing program budgetsExperience presenting in front of internal and external teamsAbility to build rapport and collaborate with others both internally and externallyProven organizational skillsUnderstanding. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs.
