Senior Manager, Technology Risk & ResiliencyDepartment:Technology OperationsLocation:500 Lake Shore Boulevard West, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2V9, CanadaReports To:Sr. Director, PCF Technology OperationsWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Technology Compliance, Risk & Resiliency to lead regulatory alignment, technology risk oversight, cybersecurity resilience, and operational continuity across our Technology Operations function.This role plays a critical leadership position in ensuring that our technology platforms, infrastructure, cloud environments, and third-party services operate securely, compliantly, and resiliently within a regulated financial services environment.The successful candidate will act as the bridge between Technology, Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Executive Leadership.What You’ll Do:Regulatory Compliance & GovernanceLead compliance alignment with financial regulatory requirements for Technology teamsSupport regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation trackingMaintain oversight of technology-related regulatory findingsPrepare executive and board-level risk reportingTechnology Risk ManagementOwn and manage the Technology Risk RegisterEnsure completeness of risk assessments across infrastructure, cloud, databases, and digital platformsIdentify and mitigate single points of failureOversee risk acceptances and ensure proper governance approvalsOperational Resiliency & ContinuityKey partner in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) of bank critical processesOversee Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy and testingDefine and monitor disruption tolerances for critical servicesCoordinate scenario testing (cyber, cloud outage, third-party failure)Strengthen backup, restore,
