A/P & Junior Financial AnalystWe are looking for a detail‑oriented and organized A/P & Junior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team on a 12‑18 month contract (maternity leave coverage).This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounts payable and financial administration who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and maintaining clean, reliable financial records. We specialize in CRO, SEO, PPC, Web Design & Development, Branding, Social Media and Multimedia.Listed on Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies 7 years in a rowCertified as a Great Place to Work (2021‑2025)We make the web sweet, and we want you on our team.ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable ProcessingProcess all vendor invoices and accounts payable transactions accurately and on timeEnsure invoices are reviewed, approved, and processed in alignment with agency payment schedulesManage payments for vendors, subcontractors, influencers, and service providersProcess team member expense and career development reimbursementsVendor Payment CoordinationMaintain accurate vendor records, payment details, and account informationRespond to vendor inquiries related to invoices and payment statusCoordinate with internal teams to confirm invoice approvals and payment readinessExpense Coding and Cost AllocationEnsure expenses are coded accurately to general ledger accountsEnsure expenses are correctly allocated to clients, projects, and departments where requiredTrack recurring expenses including software subscriptions and service vendorsFinancial ReconciliationAssist with reconciliation of credit card, PayPal, and other expense accounts to monthly statementsAssist with identifying and investigating discrepancies across invoices, payments,



and expense recordsSupport month‑end reconciliation processes and resolution of outstanding itemsIdentify expenses requiring accruals and support the Financial Controller with proper recordingFinancial Reporting and Expense SummariesProduce monthly accounts payable reports and expense summariesSupport preparation of expense reports and cost tracking summariesAssist with financial documentation required for internal reportingAssist with confirmation and documentation of commission‑related invoices where applicableFinancial Documentation and ComplianceMaintain organized and complete financial records in accordance with agency standardsEnsure invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation are properly stored and accessibleSupport compliance with financial policies and documentation requirementsAssist with preparation of documentation for audits and financial reviewsFinancial Systems and Operations SupportSupport maintenance and accuracy of financial data within accounting systemsAssist with tracking financial transactions across projects and operational costsSupport project cost tracking and budget monitoring activitiesGenerate project and departmental financial summaries to support financial visibility across the agencyProvide financial data support to Department Managers related to expense trackingTax and Regulatory SupportAssist with preparation of quarterly HST reporting documentationSupport finance documentation required for tax filings and regulatory reportingProcess Improvement and ControlsIdentify opportunities to improve accounts payable and expense tracking processesAssist in implementing improvements to financial workflows and documentation standardsConduct periodic reviews of accounts payable transactions and recurring expenses to ensure accuracy, appropriate usage,
