You will collaborate with Physiotherapists to conduct exercises, monitor resident health, and document progress. Encouraging residents in their treatment and ensuring safety during transfers are critical responsibilities of this role. Key Responsibilities:
Lead group and personalized exercise sessions
Encourage residents to achieve their therapy goals
Accurately document treatments and resident progress
Assist residents with their mobility needs
Report health status changes to the physiotherapist Requirements:
Must be a graduate of a Physiotherapy Assistant program
Solid ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills for working with seniors
Experience in Long Term Care is a plus
