Courtenay Medical Clinic is looking a friendly, organized, and motivated individual who can multitask while contributing to the smooth operation of a busy fast paced multi-doctor clinic looking for both a part-time and full-time employees.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Help with answer multi-line phone system, scheduling, and coordinating appointments for patients
Checking in patients on arrival, directing them to exam rooms.
Assisting in general medical duties (running patients, answering phones, cleaning & tidying of clinic WorkSafe cleaning compliance)
Ensuring exam rooms are kept stocked and set up for procedures
Medical instrument process - sterilization

Requirements:
Proficient with Electronic Medical Records- an asset
Solid people skills – someone who is friendly, empathetic, and compassionate




Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and doctors and allied health care professionals.
Proficient computer skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficient in English (both verbal and written), excellent phone mannerisms
Someone who is seeking a long-term position, able to stand for long periods, lots of walking.
