Uniform Works Limited is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our current Mississauga location. This role centers on effective communication and supporting the needs of public safety customers. You will play a key role in assisting active-duty Police, Fire, and EMS personnel in selecting uniforms and accessories.

With your solid customer service background and organization skills, you’ll handle order management and act as a vital link between customers and our team. This position demands multitasking and swift problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in uniform selection
Provide outstanding service through phone and email channels
Record order information accurately and efficiently
Handle inquiries and document resolution paths
Support the sales team with administrative tasks Requirements:
2–5 years of customer service or office administration experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of supply chain processes desired
Solid attention to detail in all communications
Must work onsite in Mississauga Support our public safety clients with your customer service expertise at Uniform Works Limited.
