Be a pivotal part of Maple Leaf Foods as an Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator, focusing on compliance and employee training. Drive initiatives to create a safer working workplace. Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, you'll assist in the evolution of our Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental programs. You will offer technical support, conduct safety training sessions, and ensure adherence to HACCP regulations.

Your role will be crucial in continuously improving our safety standards and fostering relationships with staff to prioritize their well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with ongoing safety program development
Deliver comprehensive training for staff on safety protocols
Conduct analyses to devise protected work procedures
Facilitate incident investigations and document findings
Coordinate environmental compliance and reporting Requirements:
Minimum of Grade 12 education, ideally with post-secondary training
Two years' experience in a relevant industry
