Shape the future of mental health care at Nodin Mental Health Services as an Outreach Supervisor. Empower counselors and elevate service standards while engaging with First Nation communities. In this supervisory position, you will lead outreach teams including mobile and school-based counselors.

You will ensure the delivery of quality mental health support while overseeing staff development through coaching and supervision. Your leadership will directly impact the health and well-being of diverse populations in our communities. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and uphold clinical practices within the team
Execute performance evaluations and staff training
Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation
Support direct reports through crisis interventions
Engage in community partnerships and resource development Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field
At least five years of counseling experience
Registration with an applicable skilled body
150 hours of documented clinical supervision
Solid communication and organizational abilities Foster a culture of excellence and accountability at Nodin Mental Health Services while guiding outreach efforts.
