You will oversee full-cycle bookkeeping while ensuring adherence to Canadian accounting standards and managing multi-entity records. Knowledge of QuickBooks is critical for daily operations and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple companies
Maintain general ledgers and accounts
Process vendor invoices and customer payments
Assist in payroll management and remittances
File GST and PST returns timely and accurately Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3–5 years bookkeeping or accounting experience
Pursuing CPA designation
Proficient in QuickBooks
