You will report to the Accounting Supervisor and play a vital role in handling full-cycle accounting functions, preparing financial statements, and managing tax-related tasks.

Your expertise will assist MIP in enhancing its financial operations and continuous improvement efforts. Collaboration with external auditors and financial institutions will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily accounting activities and general ledger maintenance
Support financial reporting and month-end closing




Prepare tax filings and corporate documentation
Ensure compliance with ASPE and/or IFRS
Participate in financial system upgrades Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365
Familiarity with Canadian accounting and tax standards
